Empire Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"When I checked in I got a free upgrade! Very friendly and helpful especially Keenan, George and Leslie. The room was perfect. Clean and well appointed. Would highly recommend!"
"Awesome staff. Awesome dining. It smells wonderful and the play great music. Shout out Cliff and Benjamin at the Bar and Christian at the restaurant. They took great care of us. "
"The hotel service desk was so helpful. My flight got canceled from a snow storm and after being at jfk for hours, he seamlessly checked me right back into the room I was staying in. "
"Very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. Location was about a 12 minute walk to Time Square. Great restaurants, shopping and entertainment close by. The hotel also offers black car service which is cheaper than an Uber or Taxi. You can request the service to bring you from the airport to the hotel by calling and scheduling. We made the mistake of getting a ride from the airport with a company that claimed to be an Uber service. It cost $133.00 for a 6 mile drive/50 minute ride. Unfortunately, we didn’t find out about the service the hotel offered until after we arrived. We will know next time! We 100% recommend Hilton Garden Inn for your stay in NYC. "
