"Clean rooms and big. Quiet the staff was wonderful, breakfast was really good with all the continental breakfast essentials. Restaurants are walking distance, strongly recommend Pollería la granja…..the building has an elevator…the only thing I would suggest is to build a ramp for people that are on a wheel chair or have heavy luggage also to put hands rails on the front door steps."

The hotel was overall very clean, very nice and modern. We had great room services and they were flexible about our stay. My husband and I both got sick the day we were supposed to check out and they let us stay for free until we needed to leave for the airport -several hours after check out time. They also helped us get tickets for Machu Picchu and arranged a taxi for our early departure to the train station. They were wonderful!
The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. My family stayed there for 4 nights and received nothing but outstanding and personalized service, which included free airport pick up, called to order dinner to be delivered from a local restaurant and let us eat in dining room (they did the dishes), the wonderful Karina who made fresh eggs and toast each morning with a vast array of fruits, cereals yogurts and homemade cookies to take for a snack. The location is fair..5 min. By taxi to main square 15 min walk.The Staff..Liz.is the daughter of the owner..his name is Victor..I never wrote a review before this is my first .I have never been treated so warm and friendly by a hotel staff in all my hotels Lis speaks and understand english Victor is still learning..The rooms are super clean. And modern and good size The value is excellent The only down side for me not too much in the direct area of hotel but it is in a very nice and safe...
The room was extremely clean, the food at the restaurant is nothing less than amazing... you don't really need to leave for dinner they have a nice menu and the staff is always ready and willing to help. I did have to ask for a heater as we went and the temps were between 45-50 degrees and I'm from south florida so that's a bit cold for us.

Stayed here three times during our recent trip to Cusco. Clean room and bathroom with comfortable beds. Staff were really accommodating and friendly, stored bags without charge for our trips on Inca trail and Amazon forest. Located on quiet street, around 10-15 minutes walk to main square, or taxi ride is 5 Soles (about $1.60 US). Would definitely stay here again!
Fabulous experience! The staff was sooo helpful and kind. We chose this place because part of their proceeds are invested in helping underprivileged children in near by communities. The breakfast was great and would recommend this place 100%!
The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.
The hotel is new, spacious, and well designed. Excellent breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. I've traveled over 20 countries in the past 10 years. This is the best hotel and staff member we ever met. I give two thumbs up.
The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.
This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!
Walkable distance to Plaza De Armas, there are markets nearby where you can buy fruits, crafts, etc. Staff was friendly and attentive, however there is no elevator.
Great location—just a short walk from the main plaza, but in a quieter area by a nice park, which I preferred since the plaza can be very busy and loud.
There are quite a few stairs, but the staff helps with luggage and customer service was very good. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
They also offer complimentary coca tea in the lobby, plus a water bottle refill station.
