"The check in was quick and the staff professional. The room had everything needed for a quiet night sleep and for work - fast WiFi, enough power outlets in the right places. Functional bathroom with enough warm water in the shower."

"The hotel was very central with bilbao city centre just outside the door. It was very fresh, clean rooms and super helpful staff. Breakfast was good with a big assortment from bread, yoghurt to customized omelett."
"The hotel is very well located near to the Guggenheim and the landing for the boat trips. A short walk from the Metro/ airport bus (15mins at a steady pace) The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean and had an excellent range of facilities. Would definitely stay again."

Only thing was there seemed to be an issue with the electrical when I put the card in for the lights it flickered and I couldn’t charge my phone or anything as it cut off the lights. It’s not my phone as I have travelled all over Spain and Mexico. When I told the hotel staff they didn’t seem interested."

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel.

This was a great hotel. I had booked it on a sale so the staff had to check it out as it was much lower than advertised. Good thing I had my paperwork with me. The room was great and quiet. It was in a good location near a bus stop. The breakfast included was amazing.

Rooms are well equipped, modern and clean with large showers.
Very friendly staff at check-in, luggage service, housekeeping, bar and check-out.
Only stayed 1 night but will def book again if I was to return to Bilbao.
Close by to Guggenheim. Easy access to public transport. Clean. Quiet. Good WIFI. skip hotel breakfast and go to Cokooncafé for the best breakfast you will find in the area.
great hotel, clean, good location, but the heat was on when it was warm outside and I couldn't turn it off. I tried adjusting the thermostat and even turning on the air conditioning, but it just pumped out more hot air.
Excellent property in a great location where the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel. Good sized rooms and great amenities. Breakfast room was very tasty food.
This place was fantastic! We were a family of four staying in one room and a family of three staying in another. We had amazing staff at reception as well as cleaning. Everyone was so nice, helpful and kind! Will DEFINITELY stay here again on another trip!
I am in Bilbao frequently and know the town very well. I like the NH because it is in a clean, quiet neighborhood that is quite safe and frequented mostly by locals. Yet, it is just a few minutes walk to great restaurants, museums, etc. The bus stop is right outside, making a trip to Casco Viejo or other areas minutes away. The subway is a block or so away making a afternoon trip to the beach well within reach.
