"The check in was quick and the staff professional. The room had everything needed for a quiet night sleep and for work - fast WiFi, enough power outlets in the right places. Functional bathroom with enough warm water in the shower."
"The hotel needs a little bit of renovation however for the price and location the room was very clean. The bar staff and reception was very friendly. The hotel is a short walk from somewhere amazing fantastic. The food in the hotel for breakfast was very basic however nice."
"Nice hotel, clean and comfortable room. Good and plentiful breakfast. Close enough to bus terminal. Overall excellent stay. Would stay again and recommend this hotel. "
"The hotel was very central with bilbao city centre just outside the door. It was very fresh, clean rooms and super helpful staff. Breakfast was good with a big assortment from bread, yoghurt to customized omelett."
"The hotel is very well located near to the Guggenheim and the landing for the boat trips. A short walk from the Metro/ airport bus (15mins at a steady pace) The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean and had an excellent range of facilities. Would definitely stay again."
"The room was fine in a convenient location. Only thing was there seemed to be an issue with the electrical when I put the card in for the lights it flickered and I couldn’t charge my phone or anything as it cut off the lights. It’s not my phone as I have travelled all over Spain and Mexico. When I told the hotel staff they didn’t seem interested."

This was a great hotel. I had booked it on a sale so the staff had to check it out as it was much lower than advertised. Good thing I had my paperwork with me. The room was great and quiet. It was in a good location near a bus stop. The breakfast included was amazing.
great hotel, clean, good location, but the heat was on when it was warm outside and I couldn't turn it off. I tried adjusting the thermostat and even turning on the air conditioning, but it just pumped out more hot air.
Close by to Guggenheim. Easy access to public transport. Clean. Quiet. Good WIFI. skip hotel breakfast and go to Cokooncafé for the best breakfast you will find in the area.
The hotel is worth the price you pay. Its location is close to the Bilbao bus terminal where you can arrive easily from Madrid in 4 hours. Using the "Autonomia" street you can walk to everywhere. Even you can walk to the city center and to the famous museum. I truly recommend this hotel. Kudos to Savier and the rest of front desk people. They always receive you with a smile and willing to help. Thank you guys! Eduardo Cruz
We liked the location and the access of transportation from the airport and to the local metro. It was located in a safe area and the hotel was very clean.
Todo perfecto. Me dejaron hacer un late check out por 30 euros. Super comodo. Es verdad que no esta cerca al centro pero Bilbao es simpatico para caminar. Buen restaurante. Con lo justo por si no quieres salir.
Good value for a central location within an easy walk to the Guggenheim & Belle Arts Museums, restaurants, bars, shops, & supermarket. There is a car park in the hotel and a great bakery just a few shops down the street. Room was quite and well appointed with WIFI access.
The staff were some of the most friendly and kind staff I have ever had at a hotel. I went for the Europa final (was really busy) and they were extremely accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.
Easy parking. Remember this is an efficiency so nothing but the essentials: clean sheets, towels, toilet and shower. I suggest asking for a room at the back as it can get noisy out front! The breakfast is great so take the breakfast. Finding a sitdown restaurant within walking which is open before 8pm is tough. Locals are quite reserved like Parissians!
This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel.
The staff are very professional, courteous, and most of the kitchen staff speak some English. The food was very good and my family especially appreciated the orange juice machine for breakfast. The hotel would...
