"Hotel staff were helpful and very friendly. We walked into the centre which took about 30 minutes. Good breakfast well presented but from a British point of view , only one type of milk. (No semi or skimmed). Minor niggle. Also used Metro which was very close to the hotel and easy to use.
All in all a very pleasant stay in Milan."
"Great location not close to but not far from central points of interest - did the hop on hop off for city views and Duomo location. Really beautiful city- great restaurant recommendations from the staff too. Lovely stay."
"Walking distance from the two main train stations and to the major attractions. Huge room with double shower and sinks in bathroom
Great breakfast spread"

If you're planning a bit of sightseeing head to Villa Simonetta— just one of the monuments in Bullona. Why not live the cultural experience and visit the cathedral, art galleries, and museums in the area— your sightseeing tour starts here. Milan has other landmarks you might want to visit such as Cathedral of Milan.
We loved the service here. They held our luggage and allowed us to check in early. The front desk clerk, Dario, was absolutely wonderful and made our stay so much better! He was charming and funny, he gave us excellent recommendations for shopping and eating, and he clearly explained how to find and use the public transportation connections we needed. We will go back just for him! The hotel was clean and nice.
I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...
We stayed there for one night twice. The first night when we arrived in Italy we used media as our starting point. The place wasn't easy to find by car. The room was a standard room but the bathroom wasn't as clean as we had expected. We complained and asked to be given a better room. On our return, we got upgraded and got a really nice room. Staff was very helpful. Bar was outrageously expensive. There is no hotel parking and there is a paid parking next door which is really expensive. We...
The hotel is beautiful. Large rooms. Clean and most importantly clean showers. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The VIP access option is only good if you are parking a car on premises. Location is great, near tons of restaurants and shops. Only downfall is the trolley makes noise that you hear. Great hotel for families.
This hotel was honestly one of the best ones we’ve stayed in during our Italy trip! Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful! The building was very modern which I was also grateful for (there was air conditioning available to us unlike our other hotel). I would definitely love to stay with this hotel again! Highly Recommend!!!
I am so happy we stayed here! The staff was super friendly. Easy check in and the hotel was very clean and the rooms for a family of 4 with kids was very spacious and comfortable! Walked with luggage from Milan Termini. Breakfast omg the spread and selection was EXCELLENT and very tasty! Do not hesitate to stay here!! Rodriguez Family from Texas!!
We loved our stay at the Hyatt, only thing we regret was not including breakfast in our stay because we had to pay extra $60 for 2 adults every morning. Breakfast is great, every day is the same but good food.
The staff at the breakfast Buffer were amazing, friendly and kind. The cleaning ladies were great too.
The front desk staff was also great.
Would gladly come back to Hyatt Milano.
Perfect value for a quick getaway. Service was prompt and thoughtful, location was perfect for exploring the city as well made for an easy connection to MXP airport as Cadorna train station is two blocks away, Santa Maria della Grazie (The Last Supper) is also a mere block away. Rooms are fairly spacious and very clean.
We booked a room with a terrace/balcony which was lovely, however, only the rooms 401, 403, and 405 have views of the Sant Ambrogio Basilica, the 4th floor rooms ending in even...
Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to main attractions (15 mns) and trams and trains within a short 2-5 minute walk. Area feels a little unsafe, specially at night with many individuals hanging outside bars, or simply observing people as they walk by. However, we did not experienced any major concerns but solo females or families with small children may feel somewhat different. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a good variety of breads and fruits...
