Great snack and treats available all day. The staff at check in were incredible helpful and friendly. The entire stay was amazing once you found your way into the hotel and up to the 4th floor to hotel itself, a slight challenge , but so worth the effort

I am really satisfied with breakfast as well as serving drinks such as water in hotel lobby. Also, hotel location is preferred to get better access to restaurants, supermarkets and metro station.

This place was amazing…some of the best customer service I’ve had in years. The small walk to all the activities is definitely worth this charming, clean, and well appointed boutique hotel. Definitely will stay here every time.

This is a fantastic hotel, The staff were very friendly and couldn`t do more for you. The hotel and bedrooms were very clean. The complimentary drinks and buffet were unexpected but very welcome on the hot days. The hotel is in a very good location close to the metro and trams but also only a 15 minute walk to centrale station which is where we had to meet for the excursions we had booked. It is also only about 25 minutes from Linate Airport on the metro with a change at San Babila When I visit Milan again I would definitely book here again and have recommended it to my friends I really do recommend this hotel
