8/10 Very good

Staff are polite, the deco is modern but the vibe is a bit "cold". Triple room is a bit small for 3 people, quiet enough but could feel the trams passing. Location is okay, quiet residential area, tram stop is under a couple of minutes walk away, train and metro stations are over 10 minutes walk but ok.

The hotel design has character and it is easily one of the most memorable hotels I have been in. The junior suite lacked the separate reception area you come to expect but it was big for a bedroom. The bathroom was also incredibly big. Good location with a tram stop in front of the hotel, about 2 minutes walk. Average breakfast, only had a steam room no sauna and you have to book to use the place even as a hotel guest.

Lovely hotel. Helpful friendly staff, nice rooms and communal areas. A range of options at breakfast. However the restaurant was disappointing and overpriced, particularly as it states they ‘Pride themselves on their vegetarian menu’. There was only 1 vegetarian option a creamed Artichoke soup.

Great hotel for discovering Milan. Incredible staff. Contemporary style. While not particularly close to some of the attractions, navigating the city was easy and the hotel is located in a quieter district and the hotel itself is world-class without the Duomo prices.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the center. Just straight down the main avenue and walking distance to the football game at the San Siro. Staff was amazingly friendly and super helpful and present at all times. The room is standard size and perfectly fine. The bed has fantastic mattress and pillows. The bathroom is big and practical.

6/10 Good

We were booked in a loft room because it seemed like a mini apartment. When we were shown to the room we were very disappointed the decor and furnishings were very tired and old, not a bit like the decor shown in the website photo, so we changed rooms. In the evening there was a water leak in our room. Maintenance guy came, but just to clear up and turn off the air con because the leak was condensation from the air con. They said it would be fixed the next day along with a slow draining shower which over flowed a little onto the bathroom floor. That evening the shower drain had been unblocked, but the water leak was still there. Maintenance then came in force and fixed it. We were given one night's free parking for the inconvenience. Getting a parking space when we arrived was chaotic. We only got in after someone left. The method of issuing parking spaces was by putting guests names in a folder at the back of the parking space, but it didn't seem to be in force. Having said all that the breakfast was good and the evening meal we had in Sophia's was good. The restaurant staff were excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent to get a tram into the centre.

On walking into the hotel reception the lovely clean smell was noticeable and we were made very welcome by the reception staff. Our suite was a good size, very nicely equipped and very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the balcony outside gave us a distant view of the Duomo. The hotel is set in a nice area and at no point did we feel unsafe. The tram stop is about fifty yards from the hotel entrance and the nearest Metro is about a ten minute walk away. I can highly recommend this hotel.
