We loved the space the space, lobby and in was convenient to the city bus route which was how we got around the city.

It is the best option for traveling!

We stayed for a whole week at this hotel with our two grandchildren and my husband, it was a great place to stay Close to the beach and shopping.

Staff was great. Definitely pay the $40 for nightly parking on Sunday and Thursday nights so you don’t get towed on Ala Wai Blvd. Great room location was walkable. We payed a little more to have the executive suite and it was well worth it. We will definitely be back.

Great stay. Easy walk to the main strip of Waikiki. Parking is steal being free and only a short two blocks away. Staff is very nice, beds comfortable. Rooms clean. My 6 yo enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again anytime.

There is NO BEACH !! NOT A BEACHFRONT PROPERTY!! Beach is washed away!!

This was my second time to book in this hotel in our recent trip to Hawaii. First reason is that it's close to the airport and second they had a free airport shuttle which is super convenient. It saved us some money because we just had to return the rental car a day early because we didn't need to drive to the airport. Shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was sufficient enough to start the day. Overall, I would stay again the next time we go back to Hawaii. Mahalo!

It was very comfortable. No issues at all.

The beds we comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the bathroom had barely any counter space for my stuff and the only plug was on the far side of the toilet. Had to place my toothbrush on the toilet tank and hair dryer cord barely reached the mirror to see what your doing.

It is the third time we stayed and it was wonderful. Great service and pool was awesome! Housekeeping was efficient when we needed towels. Love this hotel, the price and great for getting everywhere without the traffic and crowded streets in Waikiki.

Amazing amazing amazing! The hotel is located right next door to Hilton Hawaiian Village. The unit and lanai is huge and includes a large room with king bed and full living room. Kitchen has sink fridge stove/oven and lots of appliances. We got the ocean view facing the Hilton and could see diamond head and the lagoon. The other sides either face the marina or the city. We really appreciated the welcoming staff & drinks on arrival after a delayed travel day. They really helped set the mood for a great stay. The location is close to ABC Stores & great restaurant options. This hotel provided real coffee mugs and glassware in our room…a small touch but very nice! We will be back! Aloha!

Have stayed here often over the years but not recently until this stay, the upgrades to rooms and AC are outstanding and the whole place has been upgraded. For those coming from afar there are THREE ABC stores a phenom in Hawaii, within a few hundred yards of the Hotel meaning you could come with nothing and up to 11pm we well equipped for your stay. The location and ocean were nice. It was very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and you didn't know if guests were next door or in the hall. The towels, yes the towels, were very absorbant and soaked up the water on your skin. Wonderful little hidden gem of a hotel. Great place if you want to be slightly off the Main Street in Waikiki, but still a very close walk to everything in town including the beaches. The pool area is very nice. Staff were so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I will definitely be back!
