Positive - the hotel is really well located, the room was a very good size and well set-out and most importantly the front desk staff were excellent - helpful, polite and always willing to help in any way possible. Not so good - areas of the hotel are badly maintained - which gives a very poor image and reflects badly on the hotel. A few simple things would help - replace the badly torn carpet around reception and clean the elevator - it was filthy! Improve on cleaning around the hotel

Hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Making my family of 8 relaxed and safe! What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Customer service was excellent! I greatly enjoyed my visit and appreciated the hospitality and attention to details throughout my stay.
