"Fabulous location. Amazing housekeeping staff. Wonderful amenities. We booked the suite for a family of four. There was a sliding glass door for one room and no door in the second room. No privacy at all. There is also only one washroom so be warned. The elevators are super slow. The air conditioning system is loud."

"This property pleasantly surprised us with its great value, convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. We especially loved the indoor swimming pool and it was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of shopping and sightseeing in busy Korea! "Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
