"Very kind staff and a good breakfast buffet"

"Room was clean and front desk was very helpful with everything we had questions about. Breakfast buffet had great variety and a nice balance between Korean and International selections. Location was easy to find, staff were helpful, respectful and welcoming. Surrounding scenery and close by walking/running path lined with cherry blossom trees is beautiful. Would definitely return! "

"Perfect location! Steps from Insadong shopping and restaurants yet quiet and relaxing."

"Best option for budget travelers!! Right next to Line 4. Great location"

"La chambre est spacieuse par rapport à ce que peut proposer les hôtels de cette gamme à Séoul, donc c'est un point positif, après un long voyage, d'avoir de l'espace. Le quartier est animé avec de nombreux commerces, et l'hôtel est proche d'une station de métro, mais les trajets sont longs pour rejoindre les principaux sites touristiques. Le personnel a été très sympathique et tout était très bien"

"Absolutely fantastic for the price and foreigner friendly staff"

"The hotel was easy to find, and looks sleek on the outside. The hotel definitely has a uniformed designs. The first impression is that this hotel is very cramp. Like small-small and I could barely move around the room. The beddings were clean and comfortable, all equipment in the room are new and high tech. Basic amenities provided but no daily room clean up. Overall I am satisfy for the price and quality."

"We were very pleased with the staff at the front desk. From check-in to check-out they helped with our requests. The breakfast area staff were diligently clearing the tables, refilling food and drinks and helping as they could with requests. We used the laundry and the area was kept clean by staff. The room cleaning were excellent with changing of the sheets and towel replacement and also the water bottles. This was our second visit and we would return."

"Excellent location "

"The place is so clean, the room was beautiful, there is a lot of places to eat near, the location is not bad around 8 minutes walk from the metro. "

"Staff was very helpful. Amenities were great "

"This is an amazing location in the old quarter, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Amazing service and the room was very spacious with a big bathroom. Wonderful stay!"

"Staff came automatically once they realised we struggled with self check in. Let us check in early. The room smelled like cigarettes. Staff quickly appointed us a different room. Matress was soft but very comfy. Location is great as you can go to Hongdae or the two palaces very quickly via subway. There is lot's to do in the neighborhood itself, but the hotel is in a rather quiet alley."

"Room was clean and comfortable, location was great with a short walk to the train station, the real highlight was Sara at the front desk, she was so kind and helpful! She made the stay extra special!"
