"The staff is amazing! Everyone from the bell hop to the front desk, to the bartender, to the supervisors, as well as the cleaners we saw around. They took care of every need. Accommodated every request we had! 10 out of 10 would recommend based on staff alone! Location is perfect for walking / shopping.
The pool is average, the roof top bar has great atmosphere, but you do have to walk up stairs the final two flights, the elevator does not go to the top. Additionally the bathroom is down on level, so as we drink and need the bathroom, we were up and down the stairs several times. It was fine, just something to point out.
Beds were comfy. Room was big enough. Everything was really nice. But honestly that staff is unbelievable! They made the whole stay fabulous!"
