"A decade of excellence, though rooms could use a refresh
I have been staying at the Delmond for over ten years, and the service remains consistently excellent. The staff is wonderful, the valet service is seamless, and the overall experience is always high-quality.
Room is clean and nice.
The amenities here are great—the restaurant and breakfast are both highlights of the stay, and I always enjoy the gym and the nice pool area. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable; however, they are starting to feel a bit dated after all these years. While everything is well-maintained, a modern refresh would really bring the guest rooms up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Still my go-to choice after a decade!"

"Room and property is nice enough.
Only major complaint is that the master bed is tiny and very hard. Felt like a box spring, not a mattress.
Otherwise, apartment is clean and AC was just enough no keep cool. "

"You could hear cracking the entire night.
Also, the blanked for the bed was very small. Bed was queen and blanket was a full size.
They are super close to the airport and have no transportation (which I knew booking it). I just didn’t realize how hard it would be to cross the street with the bags and the baby in her stroller. "

"Hotel in the central area of Cuiabá, with a good location. However, the property is in urgent need of some improvements and renovation. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is outdated and worn. The common areas are a bit aged and could benefit from a more modern design. Breakfast is good, but I missed having more healthy and light options. The staff was friendly and helpful.
