Not sure why this property is so highly rated. It was (mostly) clean and minimally comfortable. Shower had grout blackened by mildew. Two towels but no hand towels. Had to ask maintenance to come up and show is how to get the AC working. (We correctly deciphered the handheld control, but there was a separate unmarked wall switch almost hidden by the bed.) Restaurant closes relatively early after dinner. Price was high for this quality of accommodation. It was clean and comfortable enough, but below what I expected given the photos and price.

Vantagens: Os atendentes são muito prestativos, o quarto estava bem limpo e é amplo. TV com bom tamanho e variedade de canais. Chuveiro com ótima pressão. Desvantagens: o café da manhã, apesar de aparentar ter variedade, os itens são péssimos. A cama é antiga e fica afundando no meio, tornando-a desconfortável. Ar condicionado antigo e fica bem em cima da cama. Pelo preço da diária, espera-se um café da manhã de melhor qualidade e roupas de cama e toalhas melhores.

Prós: localizacao boa, faxina do quarto é eficiente, camas confortaveis e tamanho do quarto é excelente. Contras: checkin muito lento, cafe da manha faltam itens basicos (leite, pratos limpos, pó dentro da maquina de cafe) que só sao repostos depois de insistir muito, restaurante demora mais de 1h para fazer 1 simples prato no jantar, cobertores muito fedidos. This was a disaster, I will never stay there. First of all there is a disgusting stench coming from the bathroom and with hot weather it gets even worse. Then also the air condition is so old it is not really cooling the room even you turn it on to max which makes a lot of noise. What was worse I was going to have a very important meeting scheduled 3 months ago and this is why I came to city center to get good connection. In the middle of the meeting the connection went down me missing around 20 mins which costed me the business deal. I have never seen anything worse. If i got sth at a youth hostel, I think it would have been better. Just stay away from this place. Ah one more thing there is not even one more layer between the bed and the bed sheet and it keeps falling at night etc. This was a horrible experience.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente negativa. O problema mais grave foi ficar preso dentro do banheiro por cerca de 1 hora e 30 minutos. Durante todo esse período, a equipe pareceu estar mais preocupada em preservar a porta do banheiro do que em retirar um hóspede de uma situação de risco. Não houve senso de urgência nem suporte adequado por parte do hotel. Quem realmente me ajudou foram os amigos que estavam comigo. Foi necessário insistir e pressionar para que cogitassem acionar a polícia e o Corpo de Bombeiros. A situação demorou muito mais do que deveria. Além disso, uma funcionária da recepção foi ríspida com minha amiga quando ela questionou a demora na resolução do problema. Após todo o transtorno, a única solução oferecida foi a possibilidade de trocar de quarto, como se isso fosse suficiente para compensar o ocorrido. Em nenhum momento foi oferecido reembolso, desconto, pedido formal de desculpas ou qualquer outra forma de compensação pelos danos e pelo enorme constrangimento. Como se não bastasse, o elevador fazia barulhos preocupantes, o banheiro era antigo e mal conservado, e o quarto era extremamente apertado. O espaço simplesmente não comportava três camas, comprometendo totalmente o conforto da hospedagem. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi marcada por falta de manutenção, despreparo da equipe e ausência de empatia diante de uma situação séria. Não recomendo este hotel.

Foi uma boa estadia. Quarto limpo. Funcionários simpáticos. O café da manhã é bom, porém encerra às 9:30 e retiram tudo nesse horário. Como íamos sempre próximo às 9, as mesas estavam todas ocupadas com louças sujas…parecia que faltava funcionários para fazer o recolhimento e limpeza das mesas. É cobrado uma taxa por dia pelo uso do estacionamento. Tem uma Lojas Americanas ao lado e farmácia próximo também. No geral foi bom.
