Faltam alguns itens básicos para manter o local limpo como: pano de prato, pano para pia.
Shampoo e sabonete também não tinha.
Não tinha informação de onde jogar o lixo fora no prédio nem nos mandaram, mas era obrigatório tirar.

There are greats restaurants across the street and you are also right beside a big mall that has a grocery store, pharmacy and movie theater. Many rooms have a beautiful view of the water as well. This property isn't located in the tourist area, but down the street in a neighborhood with nice houses. It's very quiet and secluded**, which is exactly what we wanted. There's also a trail that leads to a private beach. There's a really nice seafood restaurant about a half mile away but if you want to be in the thick of things or be walkable to many attractions, then I'd suggest you stay somewhere else. Everything was amazing!!! Near the beach, extremely clean, cozy, well maintained, great staff, very good breakfast etc
The only constructive criticism is that it would be nice to have a mirror being placed in the room. We booked the “family room”, and the only mirror was in the bathroom. It was a bit complicated for the girls to get dressed and put makeup on sharing the same mirror. Everything else was great! We will be back.
All the staff went above and beyond to best cater our stay for our honeymoon. Housekeeping was spectacular and non-intrusive, Roman was always available to make all of our requests a breeze, and we always felt at ease when being served by Chris, Sharon, and Ana. The lymphatic and deep tissue massages we had at the ocean spa were amazing! Thank you
The place was very beautiful and clean, and the service was excellent. The only detail is that the location isn’t well signposted, so it was a bit difficult to find the name of the place. Other than that, it’s a very pleasant place to stay.
we staying in mid-July and along with one other couple were the only people in the hotel. However, the staff was all there and very attentive. The rooms were clean, very modern, and relatively spacious. We had a second floor room with a view of the water, which is ideal. Not all rooms had water views. It was a very nice, small hotel. The breakfast was made-to-order and plentiful. There are many restaurants within a short walk (1 block), so lots of choices. I would definitely go back.
