Chdck was fast and easy. Thecstaff is great. We all used are translation apps to communicate. The room eas very nice. The breakfast is the best every morning! Its centered right in the middle of everything. You csm walk or cstch a Didi. 20mins or less from all of thee attractions and activities.

This is one of the most satisfying and interesting places I've stayed in a city. Close to Wenshu Temple and a fun market and pedestrian street lined with tea "gardens", the hotel itself has beautiful, peaceful architecture and the staff are wonderful and very helpful. And it was an amazing value for the money and where we stayed. Very walkable area and close to great local hotpot places and bubble tea.

The best hotel we have ever booked. The price for what we got was exceptional. Our “room” was like a whole apartment, the bedroom, living room and bathroom were all separated compared to a lot of hotels we would stay at. Our stay that we paid for also came with the free breakfast buffet. The staff was also very friendly. We did takeout a couple times and a robot would come deliver to our room.

Excellent. We arranged a tour to Leshan from the hotel and it was great. By far the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. Staff was very helpful with a recommendation for a great local restaurant. Delicious morning buffet.

We stayed here for a total of four nights during our time in Chengdu. The hotel was not very far from a lot of the places that we visited, so it was convenient and inexpensive to call a cab from there. The staff are very acommodating and are used to catering to both Chinese and Westerners alike (although some of the staff speak better English than others). We had a great stay. The room was nice and clean. I used the laundry room and found it convenient. There's Starbucks, family mart and even burger king below. It is a little far from chunxi area but we don't mind. Overall great, i will stay there again if i do come back.
