This is an excellent hotel that is also so close to many tourist attractions. What stood out during our stay was the huge breakfast featuring local cuisine, free laundry machine and dryer to use on site, and the complimentary stocked drink fridge and fruits for our first night of stay. My daughter and i loved the Chuangxing Yinli. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived as the receptionist helped us set up apps and give us advice. The rooms were immaculate and the complimentary wine and drinks were a lovely touch. The garden was a lovely calm place to sit with a tea or beer, away from the busy streets just outside. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chengdu!

The courtyard and library lounge boast tasteful, stylish designs. The staff provided exceptional service. As first-time visitors to China, we had countless unfamiliar issues, all patiently resolved by the hotel team. Rooms are spotless and cozy, fully equipped with smart amenities, and the bedding ensures a restful night’s sleep. Thoughtful touches abound: complimentary daily afternoon tea and welcome fruits are generously offered. The breakfast features authentic Sichuan flavors. It’s conveniently situated very close to Kuanzhai Alley, making travel a breeze. This is the top accommodation pick for anyone visiting Chengdu.

This hotel is probably best for students and Chinese speaking tourists. We had a nightmare arrival. None of the reception staff spoke English and expected us either to have WeChat or speak Chinese. When we got to the room we were surprised to see a polished concrete floor, a luxury normally seen in the cheapest hotels. Then we wanted to adjust the air conditioning but couldn't find the controls. The room did not have a phone, incredible! I had to go back to reception to ask them to make it work. It was a completely blank piece of shiny plastic that looked like part of the light control,,unlabelled naturally. Then it was the internet...another tussle and visit to reception. We had an early tour booked, leaving at 07.30. Breakfast is 08.00-10.00. Tough luck chum! We looked for a safe for our valuables. There's no safe! When we got back the reception staff were trying their best but in truth the hotel is not suitable or designed for foreigners

The breakfast is delicious; they offer packed breakfasts for early trips to see pandas. There are also books available at the afternoon tea lounge. The laundry service is excellent, and they even provide fish food for feeding the ornamental fish in the pond. Every detail of the hotel shows great care, making for a wonderful experience. I will definitely choose to stay at Chuanxing Yinli Hotel again when I visit Chengdu. Highly recommended!👍

This boutique hotel is absolutely charming. The service is thoughtful and check-in was seamless at the front desk. There are many attractions nearby; it also features local Sichuan opera performances and hot pot. It's very convenient to go to the Panda Base to see the pandas. We stayed on the top floor, with a direct elevator ride, and enjoyed the view of the courtyard garden. The room is spacious, with a minimalist decor that exudes a warm wooden ambiance, and the bathroom is excellent. I highly recommend the leisure area, which has a cozy reading corner, a garden with a pond, and a dining area. The vibe is fantastic, and we loved enjoying a hearty breakfast and afternoon tea there. During afternoon tea, the latte made by their barista is authentic, and the osmanthus latte is an extra delight. A special thank you to the hotel staff for providing WeChat information and a panda keychain as a souvenir!

The hotel is perfectly located, with a great selection of restaurants nearby, and the Kuanzhai Alley subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. What I want to praise most is the service attitude of all the hotel staff. Something happened to my friend, and the front desk responded to the crisis very quickly. The manager personally updated us on the situation within two hours. We truly felt respected and experienced sincere service. Upon entering the hotel, the scent of burning palo santo from the fireplace greets you, creating an instant sense of relaxation that even many five-star hotels cannot match. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very clean. The bathroom is thoughtfully equipped with toilet seat covers and alcohol sanitizing wipes. Each room also comes with fresh fruit, a Marshall speaker, and a capsule coffee machine, which is quite upscale.
