"It was AMAZING! A lot better than O expected for the price. Desk staff was 5Stars. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. You get a lot more value than the 2 stars it stands for. Quiet. Great well kept gym. Also good area for running outside. Would definitely el stay here again."

"Room was clean and comfortable for our overnight stay."

"Very clean. Staff were very helpful. Comfortable and peaceful "

"Amazing place for a stay. The staff were so nice and accodomating and even gave my children attention to keep them happy. Will definately be back when in madrid. Rooms were absolutely spotless and big in size for our family."

"Staff is great! Food was good but pricey. Bar prices however were reasonable. My only suggestion is to add an occasional chair in the rooms, and a storage area for toiletries in the bathrooms. The rooms are spacious but need more furniture."

"Very clean, good breakfast, and right next to the train station"

"Very nice and good hotel. The staff at the first and second day were amazing. Staff when we check"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Mirasierra. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay...

"This hotel is literally connected to the Chamartin train station which makes it a great location for travelers. It's a first rate operation by all measures. An excellent breakfast buffet is available at no additional cost."

"Only stayed for a single night. The location is perfect as it's close to the airport. The hotel offers shuttle service to the airport as well. The room was a fair size. Only improvement suggestio. Would be to provide a kettle and coffee and tea available in the room."

"great stopover to the airport. good breakfast, nice staff, and decent room. clean and convenient for a night."

"One more time in Madrid and the Riu is the perfect place to stay, close to everything you will need to see and really great restaurants and stores. The staff is amazing, from the bellboy to the receptionist, they always make sure that your stay is safe and pleasant. Always my place to go back."

"Great breakfast! Good location! 100 meters from El Capricho Metro Station!!!!"

"The breakfast was excellent!!!!"

"The staff was friendly, the hotel is clean and the amenities are out of this world. The place made me feel like I was James Bond. The rooms are very modern and the provided toiletries are appreciated. The restaurant staff as well are top notch, next time I’m in Spain I’ll definitely be staying here !!!"

"We used this hotel to spend one night to catch a plane out of Madrid in the morning and it was perfect for this purpose. When we are staying in Madrid for sightseeing we stay at a hotel on the gran via. Very convenient shuttle was on time and efficient. The breakfast was great and we ate at the restaurant for dinner at the adjacent segment of the hotel the night before and the meal was really good as well. There were youth soccer teams staying there and having fun so the hotel has a family...
