"We had a good stay with some major caveats. First, this is more of an apartment complex than a hotel. It seems like the occupancy was low so they decided to rent units. So, the units that are for hotel guests are all on the first floor and lack privacy.
Second, this isn’t a typical hotel stay as you can’t get extra linens, towels, or housekeeping without a cost. The free breakfast only operates sometimes, and the meal itself is subpar (pre-toasted bread and a piece of fruit).
Pro is that it’s in a great location between the beach and downtown, so if you have a scooter it’s easy to get around.
I wouldn’t stay here again, but it wasn’t a terrible stay. Somewhere in the middle!"

"My family and I travel to Mexico every Christmas, and we ALL agree that this was by far our favorite hotel / resort to date. At every moment, you feel completely swallowed by lush green plants. All of the staff are extremely helpful and kind. The food was fabulous. And of course, the piece de resistance is it's own cenote in the heart of the property. While not along the beach, the beach is extremely close and we did not feel it lacked at all. 10/10 stay!"

"It was everything I hoped for for my stay in Tulum. The property manager, Ehsan and the security man Andreas were always available for whatever I needed. The place is gorgeous. Everything is very clean. Location is really good. The only thing I’ll say you will need a scooter or a car I didn’t have either and the roads around here is not very easy to walk around or find directions. I have a phone from UK and I had no coverage as soon as I left the property. Other than that, everything is excellent. I would definitely come back and stay here. "
