"Beautiful hotel, impeccable service from check-in to check-out and in between. There’s a nice gym on site, filtered water and N’espresso machine in each room, and an outstanding breakfast buffet. My favorite was the large balcony attached to each room. The pool is lovely, but I didn’t use it as it was quite busy. This was my second stay, and I highly recommend it. It’s in walking distance to Orchard Rd. "

"Both rooms spotless, and staff went out of their way to make stay enjoyable, .... not quite so much for the person who had a 'medical experience', and for whom the staff did so much. They guy in the 'hotel shop' was friendly, versatile, and knew just about everything, as was the Security Officer Syed and Banu, duty manager. Great credit to them also not forgetting at all the man on the counter, I failed to get his name, but he has the best hairstyle, and dress 'smoothness' I've ever seen,...
