This is the second time that we’ve stayed at Conrad Orchard and every time we check out nobody comes to help us bring down our luggages and load the luggages to the service car for the airport. The hotel is clean, good quiet location, a lot of food options inside the hotel but the staff is not at all helpful. Even the lounge staff is not at all that great except for one person, Ramesh. At the front desk, it’s Eunjin and Svea. They’re the only ones who are really willing to smile and help.
