"The property met all expectations and was nice. Room was clean and functional, breakfast and dinner was nice and the convenience of shops were phenomenal."
"Santos Village is a modern, large development area, thus there can be no complaints given. The third floor has a pool area with shallow, warm water suitable for very young children. There are many adventure activities nearby, accessible by a free shuttle service. Universal Studios is just a short bus ride away. We didn’t like the TV channels that broadcast their own shows, so we could only watch what was on at the moment. This was especially frustrating for children who wanted to watch the same show again. Everything is digital, from door and room controls to all services, except room service, which requires a phone call. Taxi service from/to the airport takes about half an hour for about $30. Supposed to show reservations number at check point to the hotels’ area to avoid an entry fee, but they just waved us through.
Fortunately, there’s a nearby shopping centre where we could buy a fold-up pram, similar to the one left on the shuttle bus at home."
