"Our flight was cancelled and I booked late in the evening. Richard was very helpful and me got everything sorted very quickly despite the time. Thank goodness else we would have had to spend the night at the airport. So thank you"

"Convenient and next to airport"

"Very clean , pleasant atmosphere! Staff very helpful and many choices with the inclusive buffet"

"Needed milk & got theirs which was nice, one stop from airport with buses all day & nite"

"Amazing stay, great location with amenities available in every direction!"

"A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff."

"Very good location for a short stay in Prague. Very quiet, excellent location, well maintained."

"Great location when you know the nice way to go the Gondol lift up to the hotel pearl 👍"

"Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and had everything I needed. Water filters on each floor were appreciated. Breakfast was decent. Good location - it was close to the event I was attending but also to easy walk (or taxi) into the city centre. Overall everything was as I expected or better! I would recommend."

"Good hotel with a restaurant and bar"

"Great location, wonderful breakfast, nice staff! Love it!"

"Very nice stay, not too far from the center (and metro access). Breakfast was good, room was clean. Would stay here again."

"This hotel is worth the price. The 24/7 staff was extremely accommodating (we needed a 3:30am ride to the airport and it was arranged). The FREE breakfast was delicious and included make your own waffles along with eggs, meat, fresh breads. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed with chocolate treat. The location was perfect, a walkable neighborhood with restaurants, grocery, shops, and a doable walk to the Palace. We stayed two nights at the end of a cruise but could have stayed much...

"Nice clean hotel. Room was good and breakfast was small but lovely and fresh."

"Excellent hotel, staff, and location. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, including restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Clean room, excellent breakfast buffet and good property condition. "

"The rooms were great, breakfast and drinks maybe not super good but what makes a stay totally worthwhile is the staff. Salome was just super helpful as all others. No big deal changing a room or keeping our bags."

"Great location, breakfast is good. Service is average."

"An excellent hotel. Located on the edge of the old town with restaurants and supermarket near by. Step away from Metro and trams. However, this hotel is big and hosted many people. Breakfast was ok but not very impressive. Is a good choice if you could get it at a sale price, otherwise, it can be pricey."
