"Clean room with an enough space. Helpful and kind employees. Nice garden and restaurant availability. Wifi is available but not so well and parking space is extra. Nice price performance hotel to stay."
"Very nice place. Comfortable bed. Clean. I had a room with a tiny balcony but if you're smoking it's just perfect. The staff very helpful and breakfast is fresh and tasty."
"OK for one night stay.
Staff was polite and helpful.
Bed was comfortable.
Very outdated room in need of total renovation.
Hairs all over the bed and towels. "
"Very good service, gym, spa, restaurant and rooms. An improvement could be the gym access if it would start earlier in the morning. (Opens 8am).
Other than that, great for work trip."
"Really nice boutique hotel. Lovely spacious rooms and fantastic location for the Palace of National Culture.

It's feeding time at the zoo! If you want to be reminded of some of the great animals our world is home to, you might want to pay a trip to Sofia Zoo, located 2.7 mi (4.4 km) from central Sofia. If you have fun at Sofia Zoo, you'll love National Palace of Culture and Borisova Gradina Park, both located nearby.

The excellent...
Great and friendly staff, convenient area to shopping mall, groeceries and many more, even a flower shop is right next to the hotel on the same street.
Very delicious breackfast and great and clean spaceous room.
Great please, lovely restaurant downstairs. Only negative thing is that you could tell that people had smoked there before. Maybe make the rooms non smoking or ask to smoke on the balcony... The curtains had the nicotine colour instead of white. But the rest was great.
Wonderful hotel. Staff was incredible. The included breakfast was one of the best on our trip, and the lady that ran the breakfast room and the lovely patio restaurant was wonderful. Also, we wanted to arrange a trip to the mountains and the staff arranged a driver for us. Convenient to public transportation for city sightseeing.
Very nice lobby, friendly staff very helpfull with recommendations , free wi-fi . Rooms are clean and great view. Close to metro station and in the heart of Sofia. Only 10-15 min drive to the airport
Very nice place. Comfortable bed. Clean. I had a room with a tiny balcony but if you're smoking it's just perfect. The staff very helpful and breakfast is fresh and tasty.
The absolute most helpful and kind staff!!! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, safe and in a great location in central Sofia. The staff went out of their way to help when my flight was delayed and arranged a driver and contacted my tour company so I could still go to Rila Monastery the next day. They truly went above and beyond. Would definitely only stay here again when I come back to Sofia!
This hotel was clean and modern and the staff was very quick to respond to inquiries. It was close to downtown so it was an easy walk to anything we wanted to see. Would recommend and stay here again.
Excellent hotel! Very practical with good breakfast, clean rooms and spacious bathroom. Shops nearby. Close to city center. 30 minutes walk to Vitosha Street where there are restaurants, shops etc
