The absolute most helpful and kind staff!!! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, safe and in a great location in central Sofia. The staff went out of their way to help when my flight was delayed and arranged a driver and contacted my tour company so I could still go to Rila Monastery the next day. They truly went above and beyond. Would definitely only stay here again when I come back to Sofia!

The best accommodation and service

This has been the best accomodation and service we have experienced in Europe. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist with a number of enquiries we had. Quiet location, easy walk or tram into main centre. Rooms were huge and amazing. Highly recommend.

We really liked the VIKO - it was very convenient, welcoming to a family (sofa bed for 2 kids, and a large double bed), large rooms. Convenient walking distance from the centre, good facilities, clean and quiet. I almost gave it 4 stars though because, well because they don't like replenishing stuff: not the coffee (they have a machine with capsules, but after you drank both, nothing), the tea, the sugar, the soap/shampoo etc. in the shower, or even the towels - even if placed on the floor. When we asked they provided - but the next day we had to ask again, and the next, and the next... not professional. But otherwise - great!

O VIKO Boutique Apart Hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, quartos espaçosos, modernos e bem equipados, ideais para quem busca conforto. O café da manhã é variado e saboroso, com boas opções locais e internacionais. A localização é central e facilita o acesso às principais atrações de Sófia. No entanto, o preço é um pouco elevado para o que oferece, e a vizinhança não é das mais atrativas à noite. A academia é pequena e com poucos equipamentos, servindo apenas para exercícios básicos. Ainda assim, uma boa escolha para estadias curtas.
