"We love this hidden gem in Istanbul. It’s located on a small side street just off the bustling Istiklal Street. There are plenty of great local restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a two‑minute walk from a subway station and about an 18‑minute downhill walk to the T1 tram line. The room was quiet, clean, and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. The only drawback is that the hotel sign is quite small, so taxi drivers can easily miss it."

"Make sure you have google maps to find the hotel. Whilst not isolated it is tricky to find. Superb building. Our room was huge and the furniture was all classy. Bed very comfortable. Bath room fixtures like a lot of Europe was not easy tom work. Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. Staff on all floors and levels were excellent. Out side is a mammoth range of food options and bars. Felt more like a club than a hotel. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is a beautiful, historical landmark located in a great part of town. I was underwhelmed with the level of service. We were given a room on the first floor knowing there would be a huge wedding that night with music blasting until very late at night. We enquired about a scale and they said there was one in the room which was incorrect. They told us they’d send one but it never happened. We had to go back and ask for one ourselves and the attitude seemed to be of annoyance. We asked for a calf-hour late checkout and were told…NO! We were initially excited to stay in such a beautiful place but were very turned off by the service level."

"The staff at Villa Pera Hotel is very nice and helpful. From the moment I got there I felt welcomed. The breakfast is truly delicious. The room and bathroom is very clean. All the areas are clean and it’s a very unique creative hotel. There’s coffee and tea available. The staff will help you as best as they can with any questions you may have. Villa Pera Hotel is a great place to stay with restaurants, coffee shops and small supermarkets all around. It’s only a 5 minute walk to Istiklal Street. Super safe."

"We stayed in a sea view King room for a week in September 2026. The view was exceptional and room was relatively spacious, clean and comfy compared to other Istanbul's hotels. The bed was a real king size. The room service was pretty much all day available and we could refill anything we needed, the quality of Hygiene products were too low though. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful as well as one of the receptions named "Ihan" or "Irhan"?. Other receptions were not friendly at all! The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed having it in the patio. The hotel location was pretty good and close to bus stop, many restaurants and grocery stores etc. In overall it is worth the money!"
