This is an excellent hotel which is well-situated in Karakoy. The hotel is not too large and the staff are attentive and helpful. The amenities are fantastic with a lovely pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was also very good and varied. We had a wonderful trip and would like to pay special mention to Sena, Huseyin, Sabri, Veysel, and Ozge who made our stay particularly lovely.

Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon. The service was amazing. The workers Sabri, Elif and Serbon were so understanding of the fact that we didn’t speak Turkish and helped us find nice places to eat and even took pictures for us.
