"We had an amazing time. It felt like a really family oriented hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice facilities. Even a small gym, wich was’nt listed. The room was fantastic, however if you have problems with stairs, maybe not the hotel for you. Our aircondition broke one day, but the hotel fixed it straight away and was very helpful. You could also get breakfast to go if you needed it for a Tripp."

Very nice city hotel , clean, quiet and comfort. Close to the city center , around 6-8 minutes walking and only 2 minutes from Koum - Kapi.

Nearly new, very nice, comfortable. Great location for visiting the old town area. Our sea view room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the venetian wall. Free public parking across the street.
This was my favorite hotel in Crete. Very well decorated and stylish, while retaining a Greek islands feel. Eva and staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this for your stay in chania.

The host was incredible and very friendly. In addition to making us feel right at home, she was full of wonderful suggestions about how to explore Chania and the western side of Crete. The hotel is an old Venetian home that has been turned into 5 suites. The rooms were spacious while preserving the Venetian charm of the building. Right outside of the common area, a set of French double doors opens up onto the harbor and the hustle and bustle of the port below. It was an absolutely wonderful...
The best check-in experience ever. Don't hesitate, the cost of this hotel is worth every single penny. The staff is not only polite, but incredibly helpful. From the moment we stepped out of our cab plenty of staff were available, at our service, and already taking our bags before stepping foot into the property. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. I regret not taking advantage of the spa. 10/10!
The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, spoke great English. The breakfasts were excellent and full of variety each morning. The hotel is central to everything in the 'Old Town'.
The only thing I would have liked to know before arriving there is that you cannot take your car into the 'Old Town' and parking it somewhat difficult to find.
The staff was more than welcoming and our room with the hot tub on the balcony really put this place over the top! The breakfast buffet served daily was delicious and it was a perfect location for taking day trips in the rental car! We would definitely stay here again!!
The rooms, the building were picturesque. It was a dream. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the concierge when helping me find a taxi to catch a ferry; he went above and beyond.
For light sleepers, I’d recommend a room facing the courtyard instead of the water; the noise from the port is very loud at no fault of the hotel.
