The staff are so helpful in aiding us with a taxi or information about the area. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Location of the hotel couldn’t be better. We could walk to the many shops and cafes easily as well as the lighthouse and water. Chania old town is a charming area. We even walked to the archaeological museum. There is an elevator in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful but I enjoyed the rooftop seating the best. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

The bed was so comfortable and we really appreciated the air conditioning and fridge. The bathroom was also very spacious with a bathrobe, slippers and beach towels and bag. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to get a packed breakfast for an excursion which was very convenient. It is very central but very quiet inside the bedroom. The staff was very helpful and gave us useful recommendations. I highly recommend it and would love to stay there again in the future!

Our stay at the Malmö Historic Hotel in Old Town was nothing short of exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and everything the city has to offer. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its outstanding staff. Virginia and her team went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. From securing fantastic restaurant reservations to arranging taxis and helping with every request we had, their genuine hospitality and attention to detail were second to none. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The combination of the hotel’s historic charm, unbeatable central location, and world-class service made this an unforgettable experience. We wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else when we return to Malmö. Highly recommended!
