Property had a very cool/unique design aesthetic. Loved that each room had a movie quote on the board outside, was just fun. The room we booked was tiny, which we knew at booking. Definitely wouldn't recommend one of those small rooms if you are travelling with very large or multiple pieces of luggage. We has one medium sized suitcase which was a squeeze but fine. Breakfast was great but space is very limited even with people spilling out into the lobby to eat

Location of the property is very good right in front of water. The rooms shown on Expedia is not the ones they give you, so that’s a false marketing. You pay the price looking at the room. When we checked in, we were being given rooms in their adjoining building which didn’t have the same view & probably not same looks & design. When asked for the rooms we had booked, we were asked to pay more & have been charged twice of what we were told. I feel if they have different types of rooms with different views they have to market it accordingly. They can’t charge me for Gold & provide me with bronze. Felt cheated.

NIE MEHR! Zimmer absolute Frechheit!

Wir buchten dieses Hotel anhand der Bilder auf hotels.com. Diese Bilder zeigten ausschließlich Fotos mit Zimmern, die ein "normales Fenster" in der Wand hatten. Angeboten bekamen wir dann im "neuen Gebäude" ein Zimmer im 5. Stock. In diesem Zimmer angekommen, konnten wir wegen einer Dachschräge das eine Bett nicht aufrecht stehend betreten, es war auch nur ein kleines Dachfenster vorhanden. Wir gingen mit unserem Gepäck direkt wieder zur Rezeption und sagten, "Wir nehmen dieses Zimmer nicht". Zunächst wollte man uns kein anderes Zimmer geben. Ich zeigte dann die Bilder von "hotels.com" und nach 5 Minuten Diskussion bot man uns ein Zimmer im Ergeschoß an. Dieses Zimmer war das erbärmlichste Zimmer, was wir beide in 25 Jahren jemals bekommen hatten, denn: der eine Partner musste um ins Bett zu kommen, über das andere Bett klettern. Ausblick durch das Fenster war auf eine "Gabionenwand". Man traute sich nicht, das Fenster zu öffnen, da der Boden zur Unterkante des Fensters nur ca 10cm betrug. Wir verstehen nicht, wie man solch ein Zimmer in einem neuen Hotel anbieten kann. Das Hotel ist eigentlich ein gutes Hotel, Frühstück war sehr gut, der kleine Barbereich im Hauptgebäude war auch ganz nett. Und dann solch ein Zimmer! Es gab vom Hotel keinerlei Zugeständnisse, obwohl das "neue" Zimmer keine Kaffeemaschine und keinen Safe hatte, wie eigentlich in dern Zimmerbeschreibung amgegeben.

A lovely welcome from the team started our stay well. The room was really clean, cared for and well designed. The breakfast room had plenty of space and choice and the bar was so lovely, with a great choice of drinks and really beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel but not good rooms

Pros: The propriety is beautiful. Common areas are very well decorated. Bath towels new and soft. Breakfast is excellent. Cons: Room very stuffy and warm (no AC). Noisy construction in front of the building and so is the road. Staff between arrogant and almost rude. Room/bathroom design weird. Loose electrical wires hanging out of the walls. Holder for shampoo and conditioner but nothing there.

Frühstück gut, aber viel zu kleiner Frühstücksraum. Gäste wurden zum Frühstück in die Hotellobby verwiesen. Wir waren im Neubau untergebracht.( Zimmer sehr neu). Dieser war teilweise noch eine Baustelle. Zum Frühstück mussten wir in das alte Haupthaus ca 30 m weiter. Die Klima lief nicht, dadurch zu warm im Zimmer. An der Rezeption konnte man es mir erklären. Fenster öffnen ging nicht. Kein Schrank. Das Hotel ist von der Lage super. Wir würden es auch jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung.
