Besides great service and cleansiness, the hotel was 5 minute walk to the Nagoya station. The next best feature is a divine breakfast with amazing choice of food. After the breakfast we weren't hungry until 5-6 PM, saving us time for unnecessary lunch which we spent on sightseeing and shopping.

Very small rooms, we were a family of 4, booked a room through Expedia for 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 &13, room had two twin beds and was very tight, location was good, close to train station and shopping, breakfast was decent, however they told us at breakfast that we had to pay extra for the children even though there was no mention of this when we booked the room through Expedia.

It’s not convenient from the station to walk going to the hotel especially if you have luggages. Theres no restaurant inside the hotel and the restaurants around the area are all resto bar. The staff from the reception are not all welcoming and helpful. They don't speak english well. The breakfast buffet is ok.

The service among hotel staff truly varied; local staff could not bother serving us despite us using Google Translate to ask for parking slot in the hotel. I want to thank front desk staff, Mr. Cui, for explaining that there were actually parking lots. Breakfast is pretty good.

Easy to walk to from the train station probably around 10 mins. We arrived slightly early and asked if we could use the free bike rental for 2 hours which they were happy to arrange for us. Just 1000Yen deposit for each bicycle. The onsen was great and opens till 1am so we were able to use it after a long day of walking. Breakfast buffet was nice as we got to try lots of different type of japanese style breakfast. Overall a great stay for family and I would come again if I was ever in Nagayo.
