Lovely clean room which had all the requirements we needed. Ideal location for what we needed.No info provided about wi-fi password. Mattress was comfortable. Could do with better pillows. Saturday night noise from pub next door- dont expect an early night. All quiet by 11:30pm.

Incredibly friendly and helpful service going the extra mile to look after our needs. On a walking trip, arrived with sweaty clothes and a broken rucksack, both happily sorted. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast.

It was a pleasant surprise that our room was situated within a courtyard setting. Loved that quirky aspect. Ample and very comfortable king size bed, plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and the offer of fresh milk each day of our short stay. Really warm, friendly welcome and just the right amount of attentiveness. Would definitely book again.

The property itself is stunning and the staff are amazing.! Unfortunately we had a bad experience with our stay due to a venue very close by playing very loud music until the early hours, so couldn’t open the window. We left early due to lack of sleep.

There was a warm welcome when I arrived, and despite the rain was shown where to park and where my room was personally. The room was very comfortable and the attention to detail was excellent. Only negative was that there wasn’t much room for me to do some work on laptop. But managed without to much problems

Would have given this full marks but parking is a little restricted. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Our room was delightful and characterful. We visited on a day the restaurant was closed but received good advice on where to eat in the town. The breakfast next morning was tasty and clearly comprised of local fare. Certainly on the list if we visit Oswestry again.

Sebastian’s is a beautiful boutique hotel, very tastefully and individually decorated in a very pretty courtyard. Lots of nice touches such as fresh milk in the fridge and snacks. We would have loved to have breakfast in the morning but understand that the restaurant is not open at the moment. Would very much recommend Sebastian’s.
