"The staff at Extended Stay Rutherford is by far the best, they always go above and beyond. Jackie is amazing. The hotel was sold out and she knew my daughter and i needed a room for the night (on Valentines Day no less) and she made it happen. Jeff the manager should be very proud because the level of customer service that his staff gives is beyond 5 stars. I would give 10 stars if i could. "I originally booked the room to take my son to American dream we ended up getting snowed in. I booked the room for a second night. Every thing was closed due to the blizzard I wasn’t able to get my son food and the lady from the front desk. I’m not quite sure what was her name, but she was a god’s sent angel and helped me feed my kid that night."

"Very simple check in and check out process. Great price. Room was spacious and water pressure and temperature were great. Came for a concert in the MetLife Stadium and it was a good buy since its minutes away. Place is dated but it shouldn't be an issue if it's for resting."

"Place is 100 percent under construction. It is a nightmare. No restaurants or bar open. No pool. Construction workers all over. Elevators a disaster."
