The hotel is very clean , has a modern ambiance which made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and at ease. The hotel's prime location is a big plus . It is centrally located, making it convenient for shopping and dining. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area an absolute breeze. Overall, I highly recommend the M2M Hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay. A brief walk from the Milano Centrale station, this hidden little gem is the perfect sort of quick stay. The breakfast in the morning was light, yet filling. The in room coffee was a nice touch and the overall esthetics of the rooms are unexpectedly fresh.

The hotel was central, clean and convenient for one nights stay. I did not receive the entrance code from Hotels.com, but Flavia was very friendly and helped me work it out. Would recommend. Also nice with breakfast delivered at the door.
