Jimmy was our favorite at the desk at night. He even offered hot tea. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Spent 2 nights here (1 before a trip to como and 1 after). It’s right next to the cathedral and loads of shops/restaurants/activities, so great for a base, and easy to get to from the airport. The staff are very helpful. I’m a light sleeper and found the room at the front noisy so requested a room at the back on my 2nd stay, they very kindly obliged. Single room was small but cosy and has everything you need!
