The owner greeted us at the front entrance so that our taxi could easily find the Hanok. She walked us to our room, explained how everything worked, suggested a time for her to deliver breakfast the next morning, then handed us a tour map.
We had the family room, even though there were just two of us. We had a queen sized futon on a bed frame. It was super comfortable. The room had two bathrooms. It was even stocked with toothpaste and a hair dryer. There was a room nearby where you could fix yourself tea then sit out in the beautiful garden. This is also where we had the delicious breakfast every morning. Fresh fruit, pastries, and egg, and tea
It is in a great, central location yet quiet since it is tucked back off the street. The owner explain that the street out front is closed off after 10 AM to cars, so she offered to have our luggage delivered down the street for free, and we would walk a block to catch a taxi. Instead, we opted to leave at 9:45 and she called a taxi for us. Great customer service.
