The staff was super friendly and helpful we absolutely loved every one of them. I highly recommend paying extra to use the spa, they have indoor pools and cold plunge but also the staff is so nice inside the spa. The food was great excellent! I wish there had been less families but that’s just me. We visited in October it was horrible hot and humid but everyone made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

Viceroy Los Cabos is a beautiful property with stunning architecture, a luxurious atmosphere, and a relaxing ambiance. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the breakfast inclusion was disappointing. My Hotels.com reservation stated “Breakfast for 2” without restrictions, but only the American Breakfast was covered. This should have been clearly communicated at booking to avoid confusion. Despite this, the overall experience was lovely, and I would recommend the hotel, with hopes for better transparency moving forward.

Beautiful property, nice rooms. I would say plan to eat off resort way cheaper, & it’s completely safe. I drew the line when an 18 dollar bottle of wine back home was being sold for over $650 usd at the resort… rich or not that is ridiculous.
