部屋のトイレの蓋の上に、髪の毛…。他人の髪の毛は気持ち悪いので、清掃はしっかりして下さい。宿としては寝るだけなら、コスパ良しだと思う。地下に大浴場があるみたいですが、使えなかったのが残念。

桜木町駅近辺という好立地の為、飲食店やコンビニ等が近くにあり足りない物があればすぐに補える状況でした。また、フロントのスタッフさん達が笑顔かつ丁寧な対応をして下さり、「次もこのホテルに宿泊させてもらいたい。」と思える最高のホテルでした。個室のユニットバスの湯船が溜まりにくいですが、大浴場も備えてありますのでゆったりお湯に浸かりたい方はそちらを利用すると良いと思います。

체크인 할때부터 너무나 친절한 스텝 덕분에 기분좋은 하루를 시작했어요 생각했던것보다 객실이 넓어 다행이라 생각했고 오후에 고객서비스로 음료 주셔서 너무 감사했습니다 지친 몸으로 호텔 돌아왔는데 시원한 커피한잔 먹으니 좋더라구요 가장 기억에 남는것은 체크아웃 후 보관된 짐을 가지러 갔는데 남자 매니저님이 어찌나 친절하시던지... 진심으로 감사했습니다 아내가 한국인이라는거 밖에 몰라 아쉽네요 성함이라도 여쭤볼걸... 진심이 느껴지는 인삿말과 너무나도 공손하신 태도에 저희도 자연스레 고개가 숙여지고 감동받았습니다 매니저님 덕분에 요코하마의 마지막 밤이 정말 아름답게 기억에 남습니다 진심으로 감사합니다
