Island has retained much of its traditional charm and people are warm and friendly. This comes at a bit of a price as food and drinks are more expensive than other islands. Mykonos town is well worth a visit but does get busy when cruise ships are in

Good
Massively overpriced for the services provided, only central Mykonos Town was clean, the rest of the island full of rubbish EVERYWHERE, including bottom of sea by bars. We were there for a week and it was extremely windy 6 days in a row. No, thanks!

Mykonos gets a bad rap for too many tourists and high prices. But if you get recommendations from locals for high quality. reasonably priced restaurants with classic Greek food and remote non-crowded beaches, you can still have a great experience.

It's a beautiful rocky island with a lot of difference in altitude and sights to see. Nearby islands Rhenia and Delos give you a chance to explore some of the more rural areas of the Cyclades and see some Greek ruins.

We enjoyed our walk around the chora and beach time at Ornos. Restaurants were great and everyone was friendly and helpful. It can be expensive, but there are also a variety of places to go.

Old town was lovely, we had some great Chicken Gyros from Saki's and a good tour to delos. Weather was great, even in April!

Bring water shoes! Many of the beaches are stoney and would hurt in bare feet.

Mykonos was a gem all by itself. Shopping and the sea was all in walking distant. Man the food was over the top delicious. Even the night life was amazing.

Beautiful place to visit. Very busy, but you can find some quieter places to be in. I'd return again in a more off season time. New Port accommodates more tourists however, now you have to take transportation into town. Official taxi cost 20 euros.

Mykonos is a nice and fun city, but we feel it caters to younger travelers, due to its beaches and nightlife. However, if you like shopping, there are tons of stores around. I strongly recommend a day trip to the archeological island of Delos.
" Close to the port and airport, very close to town. Hotel has shuttle to and from town 7am to 7 pm daily. Excellent breakfast. Amazing pool with the nicest sunset views! The rooms are very nice and the staff is very accommodating. "
"Loved the room and amenities. Clean and so trendy. Spectacular views from our room. Beaches near by were lovely. Would stay again and take advatage of spa. "
"OBSESSED! The staff was so welcoming. I only wish the pools had climate control because it was too cold and we were never able to get in but everything was amazing and still worthy of the 5 stars. OH! And the breakfast is delicious!!!!! So much to choose from! "
"Panos and his team were amazing even before our arrival. They communicated clearly ahead of time and arranged transportation to and from the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and provided with excellent information about the island and amenities.
The property was spotless, and the service was top-notch. Breakfast offered a wide assortment of options to satisfy any craving. This is truly a great place to stay for anyone visiting Mykonos. "
"I was at this hotel over 30 years ago and it was certainly beautiful back then and it is more beautiful now. The staff are super friendly, very helpful and the rooms are amazing. The breakfast buffet was always full and a lot of selections. I can’t say enough about their friendliness and I’m willingness to help at the airport. I left my laptop at the Security and only found out a couple hours later when I had left Mykonos. I called the hotel and they immediately called the airport security and located my laptop and called me back and let me know that it’s safe. This is way beyond a hotel would do so totally appreciate it and I would totally go back."
"From pick up to drop off the attention was fabulous. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. Especially if you’re celebrating! They made my bday extra special! I enjoyed spa treatments (body scrub, massage, facial) on the property. It was divine. The pool area was calm clean and aesthetically pleasing. They are consistent and on top of things here! A big eharisto! to them all. "
