If you have an early morning flight, then this hotel will serve you well as it is within fifteen minutes away. However, a long sleeper may find this a challenging environment to rest in as people were constantly coming and going throughout the night. The staff is very helpful with assistance in regards to a taxi. However, I would recommend the hotel take email reservations as well for airport pickup for guest with either limited Portuguese ability or without a Brazilian phone as the shuttle operates as requested and does not have a set schedule for airport pickup.

The Hotel bathroom stinks every time someone on the room above me flushes the toilet. There's no extra toilet paper on the room . You need to ask the staff and they handle to you the toilet paper unprotected. I will never book this hotel again .

Contatei o hotel para transfer dentro do aeroporto e um funcionário foi conpletamente grosseiro e ríspido no modo de me atender, realmente tive que esperar ele me parar de me xingar e esperei ele me dizer onde eu deveria esperar a van, coisa bem simples por sinal, porém vi que há pessoas que não sabem lidar com cliente.
