I love this hotel and the concept of it. The staff is friendly and the service is amazing. The plastic bottles everywhere are not really indicative of sustainability. It would be nice to put a glass bottle in each room and water stations on each floor.

This was nothing short of a 5 star experience in every way. The check in was so smooth and so easy to communicate with the staff who were ver accommodating in every way. The food was amazing and the spa was beautiful. I spent an entire day there where I was totally pampered and taken care in every way. From ordering me lunch arranging a late check out to be able to stay in the spa all day as well as finding out what time I needed to leave to get the airport and order me a taxi which was waiting for me as soon I finished my last spa treatment. I have never been treated so well by every single staff member. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you to the entire staff who helped me with every detail.
