We stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The property itself felt quite old and worn out, from the furniture to the bedding, which didn’t feel fresh or comfortable.
While the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay, several facilities were not up to standard. A baby cot was not available on the first night, and when provided the next day, it appeared unclean and too small for our baby’s height. The iron board was tiny, the bin lid didn’t work properly, and the TV wasn’t functioning at all.
Breakfast was below average with limited variety, and there were no baby-friendly options such as porridge. For families traveling with young children, this was a major drawback.
Overall, despite the kind staff, the condition of the hotel and its amenities fell short of expectations.
