The place is out of this world. What you see in the website is what you get on arrival. It is the best place I have ever been to. The staff was welcoming on arrival, the manager welcomed me personally. I recommend it to anyone. The comfort of the bed is superb. Wooow what an excellent experience. Had no coffee in my room and reception not after hour staff or manager was available to arrange. The gym was so dirty that you didn’t want to use equipment, dust, spider webs etc. Treadmill doesn’t work either. Room was nice.

Disappointing experience

The experience wasnt so good, on arrival no one was at the reception. The first room that I was given, the WC was dirty and stink with water on the floor. I had to ask for other room which was given. But this is concerning special on this COVID period. If they dont make sure the rooms are clean and safe for covid, this will affect customers experience. PS: This was not the first time I stay at this hotel, the other times the experience was good.
