Our check in took maybe 40 seconds. The receptionist was so sweeet, quick efficent. Sherman was the absolute best. He treated us like royalty and his positive attitude was soo delightful. Overall, this place got the job done. Pretty clean, has two pools, a hot tub and a gym. It’s the slow season so some of the restaurants that were in walking distance were closed. I will say if you are NOT in shape, do not book here! I was in building number two and had to walk a total of 96 steps to get to my room anytime I left out or returned. I also suggest renting a car. I arrived early and was able to store the things in my room (suppose it was ready) so plus for that. However, the room was tiny, which is expected, but it and the property is poorer condition than expected. The pictures are definitely doctored or from many years ago. The property is in much quieter and rougher shape. The common areas are sort of dirty and sparse/empty. Don't turn on the fan in the room--I had a really bad coughing fit as soon as I used it, which slowly went away after I turned...

The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.

Excellent hotel and ideal location. Walking distance to the beach and ideally located on ‘the Grace Bay strip’. Walking distance from other restaurants and shops. The Mkt Deli at the hotel was a great option for breakfast (and lunch if needed). The hotel is a good option price wise providing the best of both worlds. First time staying at Seven Stars .This resort meets all expectations. Beautiful rooms that are clean, there’s morning maid services and turn down service in the evening Property is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. The restaurants are lovely and food is delicious. Wonderful location away from the madness of the tourist area. The staff was AMAZING and cheerfully took care of all of our needs. We stayed a week and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.

Wymara was really nice but left a little to be desired. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very attractive, but some of the cabinets and fixtures were a little wobbly and could use a quick tightening up with a screwdriver. The food and drinks were fantastic, delicious and readily available at every moment, but very expensive. The pool is spectacular and the beaches are wonderful - you can walk right off of white sand into perfect blue waters. And you can get waiter...

The best hotel we have ever stayed at! 10 out of 10! We came with three small kids and everything was nothing but amazing!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a nice touch. The kitchen area was well equipped. However, the bed was less comfortable than expected. The property was beautiful and well maintained.

Staff was helpful and accomodating.
