Excellent hotel and ideal location. Walking distance to the beach and ideally located on ‘the Grace Bay strip’. Walking distance from other restaurants and shops. Wonderful location away from the madness of the tourist area. The staff was AMAZING and cheerfully took care of all of our needs. We stayed a week and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.

This is probably the best resort I have ever stayed in. Perfect property, wonderful people, amazing attention to detail, walkable to shops and restaurants, tons of amenities. I will be back and I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

We absolutely loved Point Grace. Mary (the Guest Relations Manager) was awesome. She contacted us a month before our trip to arrange our airport transportation (which most hotels do not provide). She set up all of our restaurant reservations before we arrived and provided other important info. The hotel is very tranquil which matches Grace Bay. It's very quiet. The Somerset on Grace Bay is the most beautiful hotel we've ever stayed in. Our room, a two-bedroom ocean view suite, was unbelievable. We had a full kitchen, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room, laundry room, and very comfortable bedrooms and beds. Our room was immaculately clean upon arrival, and was kept clean throughout our stay. Our room attendant not only cleaned our room during the day, but came back in the evening for "turn-down" service in which she would turn down the beds...

Villa Renaissance is a quiet, family oriented condo that is right on a wonderful beach with a nice pool. You never have to fight for a lounge chair by the pool or the beach no matter what time you go. The location is very close to all kinds of family friendly restaurants. Also, you can purchase groceries for your condo by walking 15 minutes. Be aware - taxies are expensive. The cost is per person and should be negotiated before you take them.

The Shore Club exceeded our expectations. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at home his hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and always well maintained / cleaned twice a day, always on target. I liked the hotel , the staff & location . The only con is that they don’t have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the front office to hear your food up but the office is not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm sharp so if your hungry after that theirs no way to heat your food up .

We stayed here for a week in December, in ocean view studio #334. The view was pretty and the staff were friendly everywhere we went (front desk, restaurant, cleaning crew, etc). Sherman was especially great and showed us to our room at check-in. It was never too crowded to find an umbrella with lounge chairs on the beautiful white sand beach, and the clear turquoise ocean was amazing. We just returned from a six night visit and found the staff, meals, beach bar drinks, and hotel services to be very good in spite of the age of the facilities. Suzie and Clifford will make sure that you have a great stay. The beach is steps away from your door and a few miles long. Several walks and NO other walkers most times. Staffing was very confusing because there are two management companies that manage the place. They attempted to work with each other but it was very apparent that it was not a good situation. Was not sure who to ask for what.

Grace Bay Club is fabulous. They welcome you with a bottle of champagne and great fresh fruit. The refridgerator is also stocked with cold water free of charge and gets replenished when asked. They have multiple clean large towels so you do not need to constantly ask for fresh towels. The lounge chairs at the pool and beach are cushioned. You have access to a personal concierge if you desire. My husband sent him out to the food store for some staples for the room.

Highly recommended. Recently stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Turks and Caicos. Paid extra for ocean view room, which was well worth it. We loved everything about the Palms! The grounds are beautiful… especially the pool area with the infinity pool. We loved the free buffet breakfast every day and enjoyed high-quality, delicious dinners at your several restaurants m. We also appreciated the staff’s diligence when it came to enforcing masks and hand sanitizing. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi around the pool area/other public areas was not great… But in the hotel room itself it was fine. Loved the cucumber punch and shortbread...

This is an incredible value. It was quiet and not crowded. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony (second floor). The staff all were friendly and helpful. The location is great - not surrounded by high-rises, and walkable to the shops and restaurants. We didn't have to deal with mobs of people at the beach or on the grounds. My partner and I had an excellent stay and rate it 5 stars. Since we arrived, the staff were very friendly. It’s a low-key hotel where you’ll feel at peace especially hanging out by the beautiful pool area. Although it’s not a beachfront hotel, there’s a free shuttle running through business hours which is convenient. Proximity to shops and restaurants is excellent. Can ride bikes to these amenities easily and safely. The sole kayak was not in great shape and no paddle board is available. In our unit the small fridge would not make ice. No ice machine is available. Luckily we took out Yeti bag so it was manageable and not overwhelming to the stay. The small size of the complex was a big plus versus the larger, more commercial style accommodations for us. Would definitely go back. Grace Bay is an amazing place...
