The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Before arriving, I notified the hotel that my wife and I were going to celebrate our 30-year anniversary during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond preparing our room with a celebration theme. The service was outstanding, the food was excellent, and every detail throughout the resort reflected the high level of quality and very clean. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, room was clean and bed was very comfortable and incredible service made this stay truly memorable. The beach was spectacular and the snorkeling at the reef was amazing. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back!

We have stayed at number of resorts, hotels and BnB's and all the staff at Windsong were the most genuinely friendly, warm, helpful and pleasant I have ever seen. The restaurant/food options were very good. The butler service was very useful, knowledgeable and helpful for reservations as well as assisting in resolving issues. The water is just....smooth and turquoise, the snorkeling right in front was fantastic. Excursion picked us up in the lobby or on the beach at the Windsong...convenience. It was far enough away form the "busy area", yet close enough to get anywhere quickly (ok, small island). Highly recommend. The room was always very clean and the full kitchen was a very helpful add on to our stay.

We loved our stay in a 1br oceanfront jr suite! Beautiful view, clean and well appointed room and property. Staff was great, esp waiters Samuel and Jamesley. Nice details like Bulgari products and Frette towels. Loved the food and view from rooftop bar and restaurant Pelago. We recd and $18 per person daily breakfast credit that helped offset the overall very high food costs in T&C. Nice reef in front to snorkel and saw turtles as nearby Smith’s Reef.

What an absolutely perfect spot. From the moment we entered the property we were in paradise. The staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The view cannot be beat. Being on the reef, if you get close to it you can see all the beautiful fish without even using snorkeling gear, which of course is provided for a truly nominal cost. The shuttle to the grocery store is very convenient. The food is good. If I were to go back to the island I wouldn’t even shop other properties I would just book here. Thank you all for an excellent stay!!

Beautiful property and very courteous staff. The beachfront side is new with attractive, modern furnishings. I loved the washer/dryer and large kitchen in the one-bedroom suite . The only issue with this property is the food and the wait for the food. The breakfast was not that great, the room service food was aweful (flatbread had chicken that tasted old) and they took very long. Also, the food (appetizers in this case) by the roof top bar took really long and was not good. They need to improve in food to make this 5 stars.

Our experience at Windsong was great. We were in the beachfront junior suite, which was stunning— the perfect amount of space, beautiful views, a comfortable bed, and two full bathrooms. Kitchens stocked with everything you could need. The property is very well maintained, every staff member we encountered was friendly, amenities are good. The elevators can be a bit slow. The food at the property isn’t very good. It’s okay if you’re in a pinch, but for the price, not worth it. Overall, great place to stay.

Windsong on the Reef was the PERFECT oasis for our week in Provo! Our beachfront junior suite was well appointed and featured gorgeous views. The room was very clean and comfortable and the A/C worked beautifully! The staff throughout the property were awesome…always greeting us with a friendly face and big smile. We frequented the rooftop restaurant, Pelago, daily for breakfast and/or happy hour…and we appreciated the stellar service provided by Lovely, Jamesky, and Wiskey! The butler’s desk arranged drivers and a fantastic 1/2 day snorkeling tour for us! The water here is unreal, and the snorkeling right off the beach was so fun. So many variety of fish and also saw turtles. Will definitely return to Windsong when/if we return to Turks.

Excellent staff and daily service. Excellent spacious room with direct pool and beach access, full service kitchen and laundry. Suggest a wardrobe for clothing storage, and a few more options like hard boiled eggs for the continental breakfast. Overall a highly recommended resort and would return.
