The hotel is 3 buildings in one. We were located in an area with no windows so it was dark and easier to sleep. Sun comes up early here in Vietnam. There was a bit of noise in the hallways during the day if you need a nap from repairs to cleaning staff. Rooms are great, excellent bathrooms. Pool sensational Girls enjoyed the spa treatments

Excellent Alagon

We spent two nights here after ariving from a few days in Singapore, from getting out the taxi to getting to the room the staff were so helpful. Yhe room was very spacious with a big bed and annd well sized bathroom. The location is excellent, only walking distance to most attractions and best of all the food market is only a couple of minutes walk away.

Nice hotel, part of a complex, so figuring out which rooms to go through to find your floor's elevator or even which check-out desk can be challenging. My room was nicely sized, equipped well, and had good temp control (necessary in Saigon). Staff was great, breakfast buffet was very nice. Location is good, very walkable to great districts and attractions.

Amazing staff in all areas looked after our needs and nothing was too hard for them to help with. From taxi to tours it was all easily taken care of. Door Staff even helped us translate and understand the cash in a taxi. Massage (only) was a daily for us as well and we were loving it. Great way to start or end the day. These aussies will be back for sure.

From the airport pick up by Phuong, organised through the hotel to Tin and Lauren from reception and the staff in the restaurant, bar and luggage handlers, the staff are amazing, kind helpful and friendly. The property has 2 or 3 sections to it and facilities are great. Its located in District 1 close to everything! Although the only room available was a twin room which was quite small with a window with no view the staff put our beds together and the place was so clean! The free breakfast is fantastic and they gave us free drink vouchers and a free meal in the,restaurant. Couldnt have asked for more!! Thank you fir naking our stay in Ho Chi Min so special.
