I stayed here the whole week. Staffs are friendly and greet me all the time. Room is okay, enough space, clean enough I don’t see there’s any huge problem.

Staff members Stanislav & Ezekiel were awesome! Helpful, courteous, professional, patient and knowledgeable. Great location, can walk to restaurants, health food store, etc. Good restuarant on lobby level. The included breakfast was great. But the hotel's WiFi quality and speed are not the best.

The hotel is in a great location, and in easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and had great suggestions for great restaurants, and places to visit. It was a pleasure to stay at the Hotel Argenta Tower.

10/10 Exceptional

Very nice hotel, centrally located within walking distance from many attractions and dining options. Convenience stores are also nearby. The hotel is old, which makes it really charming. The breakfast area seems to have been remodeled, it is gorgeous. Staff was very welcoming, professional and efficient. We can really recommend this hotel.

8/10 Very good

Staff great but very noisy room next to elevator. Definitely recommend no room by elevator. Breakfast was not as good as my last visit. There is a shop right next door for groceries which was nice. Staff recommended a great steak place to eat. Should have coffee available for those with very early flights.

8/10 Very good

The Male Receptionist was extremely informative and helpful when suggesting places to visit when time was limited. Accommodation was clean but a little tired, Unusual to find a kitchen as part of the accommodation but would suit back packers. Very quiet even though centre of Bueno Aires.

Customer service is average. Some personnel better than others. They don't do extra mile to serve you. Rooms are clean and food is okay .
