We were extremely disappointed with our stay, this message was sent to the accommodation place with no return. Given the cost of the accommodation we expected everything in the place to be working but:
1. The TV would just randomly turn off (usually after 15-30 mins), we asked management to look at it and received an image of the TV turned on with “all fixed”, when we returned to the accommodation the TV still wasn’t working.
2. The spa bath (the main reason we booked the accomodation) was not working, the jets didn’t turn on
3. The rain shower wasn’t working and we had to fix the switcher ourselves.
4. The dishwasher didn’t work, even when turning the PowerPoint under the sink on
5. There were no curtains so we were woken up at 5am each morning
6. Cobwebs on the ceiling throughout the place
As we paid over $350 a night for the accommodation we expected it to be of a higher standard with all working amenities. When checking out this morning (around 9:20) the reception wasn’t open/no one was there so we couldn’t voice these concerns with management.
