The hotel offered everything listed, also it is on a great location very safe and near lots of restaurants. staff was very nice and supportive. Just it might be very noisy when crowded outside or indoors, sound isolation must be worked on. Otherwise we had a very good stay and will recommend to friends.

Burning problem with shower

I always stay at Scala 68 because it´s close to my son´s house. Problem: When you´re taking a bath (shower) the cold water´s pressure suddendly and for a few seconds goes DOWN so you get only HOT water thus burning yourself. Please have the hotel check the hydro-pneumatic system (it keeps equal water pressure throughout the building).

Pontos positivos: Hotel com ótima localização, perto de muitos restaurantes e alguns mercados. Acomodações boas, funcionários gentis. Café da manhã bom com variedade do buffet razoável, podíamos pedir ovos e alguns acompanhamentos feitos na hora. Os quartos eram limpos diariamente e disponibilizam na recepção ferro de passar e secador de cabelo. Outro ponto bom que fizeram nosso checkin antecipado e guardam as malas se for preciso. Pontos negativos: isolamento acústico ruim que gerou desconforto, como ficamos no 1 andar de quartos e a nossa janela dava para a área do café, as 5h da manhã não era mais possível dormir por conta do barulho. A falta de isolamento térmico também deixa o quarto muito frio.
