We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, so much so we returned for a second time. The property is well located, safe, comfortable and impeccably clean, the staff were excellent, very helpful, hospitable and kind. The breakfast was included and the setting was lovely, wide selection of tasty offerings, we especially enjoyed the Pho. We booked treatments at the on site spa and were very pleased with our fabulous massages, facials, and the on site Onsen. Highly recommend!
Delicacy Hotel is a gem in Ha Noi. Service and front staff go the extra mile with a smile, and speak very good English. The Chestnut Restaurant has the real upscale presentation of fresh fusion even with the free breakfast, kudos to the kitchen and staff. Highly recommended and look forward to a return stay.
Wake up early for a fresh breakfast. Everyday they have slight changes to the buffet, but the main course stays the same. Good drinks , good aircon , the skybar is open air. They also have an indoor bar for aircon lovers . The main reason I gave 5 stars is the helpful staff.
The hotel is right in the middle of all the action . If your flight arrives in weekend , it will be a headache taking your luggage into that street since it’s closed. No cars can go through . Just fyi. But if you call the...
Close to airport, our rooms were upgraded and breakfast was included. The front desk person got us a local driver to the airport for about $4. Would recommend for those early connection flights for sure.
Beautiful hotel and our room. In the heart of Old Quarters, very walkable to everything. Great roof-top bar/restaurant. Breakfast spread each day was fantastic. Hotel staff, (especially want to call out Ngan Phan) was friendly and helpful. Ngan took care of special requests to perfection and had great recommendations.
Hôtel très bien situé dans la vieille ville… Double vitrage à toute les fenêtres… On a dormi comme des bébés…. Personnel très serviable et au petit soin…. Nous reviendrons très rapidement…

We arrived at Hanoi and were immediately greeted by our driver to take us to the hotel. We were greeted with warm tea and dried ginger apricots while we waited for our check-in to complete after we handed over our passport. Our room overlooked the train street and it was very pleasant. Room was cozy. The bustling noises from Hanoi didn’t migrate to our room and everything quieted down during bedtime. Breakfast buffet was great. We only stayed one night because we left for Ha Long Bay the next...
Had a great stay at the Light Hotel starting from the friendly staff that took our luggage up to our room and a tour guide that helped us book tickets to get to Halong Bay the following day. The hotel is brand new so everything is sparkly and the attention to detail was top notch. Our favorite part was sharing a bottle of wine on the rooftop deck with a great view of the city.
