The property is well located, safe, comfortable and impeccably clean, the staff were excellent, very helpful, hospitable and kind. The breakfast was included and the setting was lovely, wide selection of tasty offerings, we especially enjoyed the Pho. We booked treatments at the on site spa and were very pleased with our fabulous massages, facials, and the on site Onsen. Highly recommend!

Meritel Hanoi is a beautiful hotel, with top notch service. However, the air conditioning kept going out in our room though the staff was quick to get it up and running again every time it went out. We also experienced ants in our sink, but again the staff was very prompt in getting it fixed. The Meritel advertises that it has soundproofed rooms, but this is not the case. You will be able to hear the room next to you as well as the city outside (thought it is very quiet at night so as long as...

This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!
