I stayed for three nights. The staff were incredibly friendly; I especially appreciated Lucas, who always greeted me with a smile and offered a glass of cold water whenever I returned to the hotel after a day out. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

10/10 Exceptional

This was the first lodging on our SE Asia trip, and the breakfast spoiled us for the rest of our tour: so varied and delicious! We stayed in a family suite that had two rooms in one, one with a king bed and one with two twins, which is a genius idea. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to unwind after sightseeing, and the restaurant had a delicious dinner with amazing views if Hanoi.

A special shout out to Chun, who was always very helpful and made the stay even better. The restaurant and room service are top notch, and everything I ordered was excellent. Great hotel and location just outside of the old town. Great pool and bar area. The bar man made great cocktails! All of the staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ruby and Lisa in the restaurant, but everyone was so nice. Great breakfast! Had a massage at the spa, which was also great. Can’t fault the hotel. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend staying here. Thank you.

Hotel property has ventilation problem, small area for so called 5star property, property fits with 3star hotel category. Staff was good, Breakfast good

10/10 Exceptional

Very comfy beds, excellent staff, great breakfast, great size room for 3 people. Only drawback is that mezzanine floor room that was allocated to us didn’t have a proper window. They showed us alternative rooms but they were too tiny for 3 of us. So the staff tried their best I must admit. We decided to stay on the same floor due to the size of the room. Also we were out most of the time so it didn’t really matter. Quan the front office manager, Bobby, Drake they were all very very helpful. Excellent service from all staff. Very welcoming indeed

Very clean and comfortable. Every staff was kind and helpful. Spa was good, too. I had good time. Special thanks to Mr Chun for being extra attentive in taking care of my inquiry. I would stay here if I come to Hanoi again.

I unfortunately only stayed at this hotel for one night, but it was truly an amazing experience. The staff were exceptional and warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, which did not go unnoticed. The buffet was also outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay.

The staff were AMAZING! Loved them so much, so kind and helpful and friendly, they were a pleasure to talk to! We were only staying 1 night so we booked a room with no window as it was mostly for sleeping, but they have created this cool "fake window" with a light that looks like daylight and a cool green wall! The hotel was beautiful, great amenities, great breakfast buffet, clean and very cool rooftop pool! Will 100% be staying here next time I come to Hanoi!

Don’t miss out on this new gem in Hanoi!

All though this is a brand new hotel and it wasn’t 100% finished - it did not disappoint at all! All the staff were super helpful and service oriented, and open about it being newly built. They did their absolute best to accommodate, and I’d definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Hanoi.

8/10 Very good

Decor and design 10/10, located across from a florist in a quieter yet walkable part of town. Lovely staff went above and beyond and provided a breakfast bag for an early checkout! Rooftop pool was an oasis. The room was cute, but had to dock a star for slow water draining in the shower and a white light that would flash now and then in the room overnight. Unsure how soundproof the room was due to a noise complaint for walking and using a shower. Also the key was for power, AC as well as room entry. Newer building.
